Reebok.Footlocker.FW14
The Reebok/Footlocker collection was briefed to One Series Training with the goal of creating a training-inspired basketball capsule to be featured at Footlocker. Inspired by surf, skate and lifestyle, the collection features materials, color, and design direction from One Series Training, while pushing toward a younger, more street-oriented silhouette for the urban consumer. Key pieces were created for two different consumers: Shaun and Jay, and silhouettes were taken from existing One Series pieces.
Moodboard color
Shaun
A bold, yet sophisticated capsule was created for Shaun, who prefers a minimal color palette with quirky color and print pops. Black and white are key staples of his wardrobe, and a classic camo is updated in minimal colors to modernize a basketball silhouette.
Jay
A bolder, more seasonal capsule was designed for Jay, who likes to incorporate a louder color palette without looking young. Collegiate color-combinations work against quirkier graphic colors, but silhouettes are still slim and modern.
